Who doesn't get discouraged from time to time? Whatever
the cause may have been, the longer we continue in a negative vein, the
deeper we sink and the harder it is to pull out of it. For those of us who
are prone to discouragement and depression, there are two things important
to remember: Learning to recognize the negative thoughts that cause depression
is half the battle against discouragement and depression; learning to take
action against that negative input by focusing on and believing the positive
is the other! - And if we do both, victory is guaranteed!
